Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with lGET. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Store and eligibility
lGET is an online-only Australian store. You must provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and be legally capable of entering a contract.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary. An order is subject to stock availability and acceptance. If we cannot supply an item within a reasonable time, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
Prices, GST and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and the complete order total are displayed before payment. Payment must be authorised through an available checkout method. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect, fraud is suspected or supply would be unlawful.
Delivery
We deliver to eligible Australian addresses under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Returns and remedies are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, but this does not limit your statutory rights.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that materially burdens the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
