Shipping & Delivery

We are an online-only business delivering to eligible addresses across Australia.

Delivery charges

• Orders under AUD $50: AUD $8.90 standard delivery.
• Orders of AUD $50 or more: free standard delivery.

The order threshold is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges. The applicable delivery option and full order total are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

Paid orders are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after the daily dispatch window, on weekends or on public holidays are normally dispatched on the next business day. We will send tracking information when it is available.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, peak periods, delivery-network disruptions and remote-area servicing may cause delays. We will not advertise a delivery timeframe that we know we cannot meet.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery name, address and postcode before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly through the secure form on our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the delivery partner and provide any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
