Refunds & Returns

This policy applies to purchases from lGET and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, found it cheaper elsewhere or no longer want the item. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us through the secure form on our Contact page as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We may need to assess the item before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions privately. Where the Australian Consumer Law requires us to bear reasonable return costs, we will do so.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time after we issue the refund.
